This class explores gentle movement, breath, and mindfulness to support sleep, healthful rest, and enhanced resilience. We will use props creatively to allow participants to do this practice at home, sharing it with roommates, partners, children, and pets as desired. Please ensure that you have two blankets, two pillows, yoga bricks/stack of books/equal-sized cooking pots, chair, a strap/scarf/belt and some wall space to be best prepared for the class.
