When oncology plans are reviewed in the community, it is found that oncologists often (the majority of time) treat patients off-protocol. Consequently, the very people who could benefit from decision tools are least receptive to using them. Have you been able to overcome the reluctance of oncologists to use protocol-driven CDS?
