Editing in Quicktime after recording on Zoom is pretty straightforward. PowerPoint allows you to record videos on each slide, however the video itself will sometimes lay over the slide content when it’s embedded.

I think also when you are sharing screen with a video, there is an option to select optimization for video share and share sound from your computer/video option is present there too
