Who can see your viewing activity?
can you remind us why there are people in the on-site system who are not on-site?
Is this only for staff, faculty, & lecturers, or do we also need to include visiting scholars or other visitors? We have some that continued in the area, but they need to get back in to space to drop off library books and keys when they leave.
Should we add staff who make a one-off visit to collect office items etc.?
The system initially captured all staff employees who are essential. Some essential roles required to maintain business continuity are required to work on-site while others can work off-site. Going forward, we are asking schools/units to focus their efforts on ensuring all employees required to work on-site are in the ORMS system with applicable dates they are required on-site.
If we have entered an essential staff in ORMS and they have COVID symptoms and instructed by OHC to self isolate for 14 days, Do these employees get edited or do we need to change the status?
One thing I forgot to mention is that everyone who has system access will be able to see everyone across SU who is approved on-site.
If someone has been ordered to self-isolate by Occ Health, you will see the date they are cleared to return onsite, automatically in the compliance reporting section of the report.
If we see any problems with the system, where do we report them?
