@Alan, it really depends. A robust enough targeted needs assessment that better defines a less understood area of med ed can be quite impactful. The devil is in the details. As CTSS unfolds, you'll see examples of quantitative, qualitative, survey approaches.

Depending on how robust and well done, journals could be J GME, Academic Medicine… otherwise MedEd Portal and similar journals can be great options.
