How can we include Stanford staff in the analysis, the ideal dashboard is pretty limited for staff (early career to leadership levels): https://ideal.stanford.edu/resources/ideal-dashboards

The graph that was shown - was that for US educational institutions? Do we know the statistics from any other countries which have diverse populations, are the statistics similar or different?

@Somalee, I have been advocating for a Staff dashboard through SPAARC for the past year - unfortunately there are legal restrictions at the HR level that prevent Staff demographics from being disaggregated further. I agree it would be extremely useful to see and include in analysis!

@Somalee, the WIT Data committee is dedicated to this very topic. Trina Glidden leads that committee, I recommend reaching out to her.

+1 Somalee. How can similar frameworks be rolled out at the staff employment level? Also, how can one take into account different documentation statuses (eg. nonUS citizens, dual citizens, undocumented, people with refugee/asylee, international/global backgrounds) while remaining within the federal employment laws?

Might you expand on the amount of time it took you to find the URM candidates and what tactics you employed? Learning about the realistic effort so we can discuss with our leadership would be very helpful, we’re finding many hiring managers are discouraged by the amount of time it takes to find URM candidates for open roles.
