What would be the impact of "risk bias" as confounding, if we expect that lower studies probably have higher risk of bias on avagare which would increase variability?

small* studies probably have higher risk of bias

What's the reason for heterogeneity being not normally distributed in real world? Sorry if I missed this. Not an expert in meta analysis here
