To clarify, this mom was admitted in full withdrawal. Even though methadone was initiated immediately, therapeutic level was never reached. Mom received 2 doses + lorazepam to manage symptoms. Although the intent was MAT, but there wasn't enough time.sorry, that was meant for the group
