How do you integrate the finding of independence of learning & performance orientation in different arenas with your presentation of the beliefs that underlie these? And Carol Dweck’s findings that growth mindset can be taught to impact learning orientation? I’m having some cognitive dissonance about how we compartmentalize those beliefs, that I’m sure you can help resolve!

Sarah Williams
