Comment: Having residents and fellows participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary clinics is vital to appreciating the cultures of other subspecialties.

Physicians are trained “to be right’. But in personal interactions I think the motto “do you want to be right or do you want to be effectivce/successful”….do you have any thoughts on this?
Agree, need the opportunity to work closely with other specialties (from my open to interaction point of view)
