Crozier, "Fluxionality and Functionality: Relating Atomic-level Temporal Dynamics to Materials Properties" (@Arizona State University) Peter A. Crozier is a professor of materials and is chair of the Materials Graduate Program at Arizona State University. He develops and applies advanced in situ transmission electron microscopy techniques to problems related to energy and the environment with special emphasis on electroceramics and catalytic materials. He is currently serving as Past President of the Microscopy Society of America. Christopher Russo, Talk Title TBD (@MRC-Laboratory of Molecular Biology) Christopher Russo is a group leader at MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology and his group is focused on studying the physical phenomena that currently limit electron imaging in biology, using the insights gained from studying these limits to develop new devices, instruments, and methods to improve the imaging power of the electron cryomicroscope.
